  • Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
  • Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
  • Check-out is by 10 am.
  • Please do not arrive early or delay your departure.

  • Parking: Assigned Parking labeled 0508 - Under Building. Exterior stairs to property level.
  • Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs. For large vehicles, use first come first serve visitor parking. Always use your parking pass.
  • There are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts.
  • Fitness Center is located across the street from the 2100 building. The Rec Center pool is open year-round except during holidays or scheduled/unscheduled maintenance at the Rec Center.

  • No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities.
  • No smoking.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years to rent this unit.
  • Children allowed.
  • A valid government photo ID is required for every reservation.
  • A signed rental agreement is required. Accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days prior to arrival, full refund less a $300 cancellation fee.
